Question #1:
What is a good workout routine to lose weight?
I'm new to the gym. I have no earthly idea what to do with all the equipment there. Can anyone recommend a routine that will help me lose weight?I do aqua fitness once a week for 45 minutes, yoga twice a week and Nia once a week, both for 75 minutes each.
Aqua fitness is another name for water aerobics. It's not swimming.
Question #2:
How should I fight the persecution I am facing at my fitness center?
The other guys at the gym are a little jealous of me, and they are really being unfair to me over it. Let me explain.First off---and I say this with 110% humility---I am very "well endowed." In other words, my penis is very large, much larger than those possessed by most other men. There have been times in the locker room showers when people have looked at me and said, "Hey Stan, why are you holding a fire hose in between your legs . . . oh, wait, THAT'S NOT A FIRE HOSE! HOLY CRAP!" A few of them have even asked me if I grew up next to a nuclear power plant, but I digress. Point is, my equipment is huge.
Anyway, this anatomical feature that I humbly possess has disturbed the other men at my fitness center. Yesterday, I went in there to work out, and as I was entering the locker room, two of them stopped me at the locker room entrance and informed me that they and the other guys had taken a vote to BAN ME FROM THE LOCKER ROOM! They said that when I'm in shower and they all see the huge parts that I have, they feel extremely inadequate, like they aren't "real" men. They also said that a few of the other guys have been looking into various penis enlargement options because I have shamed them so.
I try to make them see that none of this was my fault. I cannot help it that nature endowed me well beneath my waist. I also pointed out that most other guys manage to have good sex lives and relationships despite being much smaller than I am "down there," but they wouldn't budge. They said that I am officially banned from the locker room.
I tried taking this to the attention of the fitness center staff, and they said they'd address it, but somehow I think they're going to brush it off. What can I do? Please help me.

Is it worth going to see my G.P about this.Question #4:

Add or delete words please and change verbs if corrections is needed. Thanks in advance! You probably choose Body Fitness because it has became one of the top-rated gyms in the Palm Beach area. Making your workout enjoyable has always been our principle goal. To continue to provide you with the best equipment and programs, my partner and myself need your feedback.
We have build an outstanding program with quality equipment, excellent training programs, and helpful support staff. We feel, however, that we could have a more positive affect and give more individual attention if we could extend our peak usage time. You have probable noticed that attendance at the gym raises from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. We wish it was possible to accommodate everyone on their favorite equipment during those hours. Although we can't stretch an hour. We would like to make better use of the time between 8 p.m. and 11 p.m. With more members’ coming later, we would have less crush from 4 to 8 p.m. Exercise machines that lay idle and strength-training equipment that sets empty could see action.
To encourage you to stay later, security cameras for our parking area are being considered by us. Cameras for some inside facilitys may also be added. We have gave this matter a great deal of thought. Although Body Fitness has never had an incident that endangered a member. We have went to considerable trouble to learn about security cameras because we think that you will feel all together more comfortable with them in action.
Please tell us what you think, fill out the enclosed questionnaire, and drop it the ballot box at the front desk during next weeks visit. We're asking for your feed back. Because we're devoted to serving you better. If you have any other suggestions for reducing the crush at peak times or other ideas that effect our members, please tell us on the enclosed form.
Question #9:
Need Feedback: Starting a Parents & Kids Fitness Facility/Gym?
Hey Everyone,Just looking for some general feedback. I in the process of starting a niche Parents & Kids gym. There will be 2 rooms divided by large windows....in the kids area there will be gymnastic equipment, rock climbing wall, rope, and other fun fitness activities. The adult exercise area will consist of standard work out machines, free weights and cardio equipment. The kids will be able to see their parents working out and this would hopefully promote healthy lifestyles. Upon registration each family receives a Life Coach which will guide them through their fitness progress.
What do you think? Any comments?
Question #10:
Looking for feedback: Looking to open a Parent & Kids gym.?
What do you think of a Parents & Kids gym where children can learn the values of exercise and a healthy lifestyle. While the kids are at play on gymnastic equipment, mats, rock climbing walls...learning from their "coach", the parents can be working out in an adult exercise room. Both rooms are separated by a large window so the kids can still see their parents. What do you think? This concept would promote family fitness. Looking for feedback, thank you!
