Question #1:

Marriage to an older man? ?

Me 37, He 49. Divorced for 16 years now. 2 kids live out of town. I've been dating a wonderful guy for the last 3 months. He is someone I honestly think I would marry if he continues to show me that he is really a good man. Although he is very young looking for his age and is very physically fit (he's an athlete turned fitness trainer), he will be 50 years old next year. The good thing about him is that he is patient, gentle and very kind to me always. He is also fabulous in bed! I really love that part! Anyway I was just wondering what are the good and bads to being with someone that is this many years older. I know every man is different, but there must be some commonalities. One of the things that I'm looking at now is how private and prideful he is about hardships. He's told me he knows it's not good to shut me out, but it's hard for him not to because this is how's he's always been. This is also the 1st serious-longer-than-2-weeks (LOL) relationship we've both been in. We're working well at it so far - just thought I'd put the question out there.

Question #2:

Wing Chun?

I'm a 13-year-old-girl and I want to take up Wing Chun, but first I have a few questions.

1. Will it increase my fitness/strength/endurance?
2. Will it increase my reflexes?
3. Will it help in self-defence?
4. Will it help with speed?

Thanks in advance!

Question #3:

How should I improve my posture?

After long hours of doing computer work, I've noticed that my posture has begun to arc towards my chest. So I've decided to improve my posture.

Are there are fitness techniques that will improve (strengthen) my back posture so that my shoulders won't curl inwards?

Question #4:

How do you get alot of money and rare stuff fast on millsberry.com?

How do you get your health up. It would be great if someone made a guide on list of culhurst tunnels, belts, health intelligence fitness civics ,sylvie, money and polls.

Question #5:

Improving personal physical fitness? could someone who came 33rd out of 40 girls cross country, become 1st?

I came 33rd lol. it was yesterday, over a course of 3 miles. If i ran 3 miles+ every day, and increased my speed on a treadmill, would i improve next year at the cross country? maybe finish in the top 3?

Thanks!

Question #6:

Would it be asking too much to hope for 500 sales if I've gotten my ads to at least 5,000,000 people?

I would like to get a very good idea of what to expect with some fairly large classified ads in the health & fitness section of nationwide newspapers and on their websites. I'd be happy if 500 people actually purchased something and certainly happy if 5000 did. While I have been told by a third party that expecting even a 2% return is asking a lot, how about a .001 or even a .0001 return? What is do you think?

Question #7:

Vitamin's?? Is this a good blend?

I'd like to consider myself a "fairly" healthy person. 28 yo lady, weight 143,/ goal of 125. I workout 3 x's a week, eat w/in a calorie range (no specific diet, besides high protein) -- Cutting out alcohol to weekends only (wine/beer drinker)---and yes yes, i know cutting this out i'd prolly be the healthiest person i know... but i'd like to balance out my lifestyle to make it more reasonable.

Before I use to take 1) 500 mg greentea pill & a multi...so I just revised my diet/fitness program

so as of today I started taking the following....so is there a specific time that I should take each one to get the full benefits, or make sure one doesnt wipe out the other?

1) 500 mg greentea
1) one a day , womens energy multi vitamin
1) 400 IU of vitamin D
3) 300 mg of Fish Oil (i take 3 for increased fat burning effects)

Any specific order or recommendations, I'd def appreciate !!

Question #8:

Carly Zucker!??!? AAhhhh!!!?

No-one seems to be as annoyed as I am about this woman. The show is called "Im a CELEBRITY..get me out of here". How the HELL is she a celebrity!? Ok she has been in magazines as joe cole's woman, looking well in a bikini on the beach now and then, but jeeeez.. if it wasnt for the world cup and the whole 'WAG' invention, she would just be like me...a regular girl interested fitness, who just lives in a regular street with a regular family. And I know for sure i'm no celebrity, so what on earth gives her the confidence to go call herself one!?

No wonder Kilroy has been nasty to her. As much as he's annoying me, i think i would react the same way to her as he has.

Kilroy: "So what do you do Carly?"
Calry:"Im joe cole, who plays for england's fiance!"

Yeah..really famous, he didnt ask you what your husband does... YOU'RE the one on the 'celebrity' show!

Please tell me i'm not alone in being so annoyed at this girl? Ok i know the rest of them arent perfect celebrities either, but at least they've done something to make them relatively famous.
Nat knows best: Its nothing to do with the fact shes good looking. If the most gorgeous man ever was is there, but his only claim to fame was that his girlfriend played football for england, i would be just as annoyed!!!
For some reason, Nicola doesn't annoy me as much. There are millions of girls like her, who are trying their best to make themselves known as a glamour model. Its a tough business to crack, and shows like this are sometimes their only hope. At least she's famous (albeit z-list quality) for HERSELF and not her fiance.

Question #12:

How much do physical fitness trainers make?

Question #13:

I had a dream I was in the 1950's! What does this mean?

OK I had this weird dream. I was living in a little town somewhere. I think I may have been married in the dream. I lived in a cute little yellow house with a white pickett fence. I was wearing a 50's style pink dress. Everything was bright and sunny with almost cartoon-like colors. I have never had such a VIVID dream, literally. It was a kind of cheerful, happy dream. I was making dinner like a 1950's housewife....Like Donna Reed or something.

Then in the dream I went outside into what was presumably 'my' yard and sat by the pool. Keep in mind everything was like 3 shades BRIGHTER than what it would be in real life. The sky was very blue. The sun was really bright. The pool was very aqua. It was almost like I was living in a Barbie dollhouse or a Dr Seuss story if that makes any sense. Nothing really happened in the dream. I was just comfortable and everything was brightly colored and I was just hanging around my house.

It wasn't a bad dream or nightmare but something about it was a little creepy. It was like the Twilight Zone or something. It was just unsettling. Everything in the dream seemed too perfect to be real if that makes any sense.

In real life I am a strong, independent woman. I teach health and fitness and pretty much take care of myself. I don't have kids (I'm in my late 20's) and at this time have no desire to do so. I also live in the city with lots of friends and a BF and I am basically happy. So why then the weird '1950's suburbia' dream? I just can't make any logical sense of it! Could there be some subconscious meaning for this? Or did I just watch too many reruns of 50's sitcoms as a kid?
My dream was almost like I was living in this video for real....weird I know:

Question #15:

Help Me Pick a Branch of Military Service?

I have been trying to enlist with the service for a little while and things have not been going too well. This might be a good thing? I will tell you a little bit about myself. I am thinking that I might be able to opt for Air National Guard, Air Force, or Army. I have even been told the Marines would probably gladly take me. This has been a huge dream of mine for years. Give me your opinion.

Physical Fitness: I'm in average condition. Ballet, Jazz, Hip-Hop, lyrical, martial arts, calisthenics & toning, running every day.

Civilian Job: Youth Development (Counseling, mentoring, tutoring, office work)

Education: Working on Associates in Business Administration so that I can get my Bachelors & Masters in BA specializing in Human Resource Management

Languages: None fluent, bits & pieces of Spanish, Japanese, and Finnish

Hobbies: Art, music, dance, self-discipline (lol)

Personality: Big dreamer, ambitious, independent, determined, gets over 'fears' by charging at them, bounces back from pitfalls easy, level-headed, doesn't get bothered too easily

I've got a Marine, an Airman, and two wonderful Soldiers helping me push along when I think I'm about to bottom out. I get up every morning and literally hit the ground running.

I am in my twenties now, but I decided I wanted to be on my own when I was fourteen and started runnin' for it. I won just before my seventeenth birthday and made it on my own. I learned to never back down as well as to have a sense of pride and hard working ethic. By the I time hit twenty, I had my first house and car fully paid for, had two jobs, was going through school, and was kickin' some butt at the gym regularly to boot.

This is my mentality: Sometimes, you just have to get your behind whooped real good, then you've got to get back up and ask for more. Keep fighting. Life is worth it. At the very core of myself, I believe I am a born fighter. Even if I am 5 feet and 2 inches, 100 lbs. and female. HAHA!

One of my favorite cadences might sum it up for me.

"I can run to Bosnia like this
all the way to Bosnia like this
when I get to Bosnia the Serbs are gonna say
how'd you get to Bosnia in just one day
and I'll reply with a whole lot of anger
Blood and guts and a little bit of danger
HOYEAH
Motivated
Dedicated
HOYEAH
thats me"

So good! So right! It's making me want to go for another run today. It's going to be the military life for me. I am hellbent and my guts are churning because I am so darn rarin' to go.

My reasons? It's a way of life I believe is right for me. The cryin' and the boohooin' you do when you think you're not going to make it, the gruntin' when you're haulin' your behind past it, and the pride you feel when you get there? I am all for it. Seeing the world and experiencing things no other civilians get to experience? I am all for it. Eating, breathing, sleeping, and living disciplined all the time? I like it.

If I die in a combat zone?
Box me up and ship me home!
Dress me up in a pair of dress blues!
Comb my hair and shine my shoes!
Pin my medals up on my chest!

I'd be dead with pride and I'd like to have my sweet darlin' Army man to have my flag. That's the other thing. The love of my life that I plan on marrying is in the Army and he told me that he wanted me in with him, but not to make any decisions on anyone else's advice. He wants me to follow my guts and heart.

Any advice on what branch to get into? I will take it with a grain of salt ;)
HEY. MY DESIRE IS TO SERVICE MY COUNTRY. THERE IS NO DOUBT ABOUT THAT.
Ok, what am I looking for? Discipline is great. Military health benefits, dental, vision, etc. is great. Careers? I was looking at becoming a Personnel Systems Management Officer. I have five folders packed with info on education, U.S. Bureau of Labor statistics, military careers, etc. I want the benefits, the money, the title, the honor, the military way of life, the ability to serve the country and defend everything it stands for, a few medals by the end, a possible 17 year+ career, and I want to choose this as my calling.

Here are some of the jobs I have considered:
Human Resource Specialist
Personnel Manager
Personnel Specialist
International Relations Officer
Administrative Officer
Health Services Administrator
Public Information Officer
Photographic Specialist
Graphic Designers & Illustrators
Chemical Operations Specialist

Anything else?
Yes, education is important. I am aiming for a Master's in Business Administration specializing in Human Resource Management with a concentration in Arts & Ideas in the Humanities

Fitness Question Advice?

Now, ifi you don't know what your talking about, please don't waste my time and your time. Thanks :) (I'm not trying to be a butt, but I just want some true facts.)

Ok, now to my question:

If I take a Protein and maybe Creatine and Just do push ups and sit ups, would that help any? Or should I not waste my money on protein and creatine and just do them? I'm about to move and I don't want to waste my money for the gym, so I was wondering if this will do some good?
