Chicharito Hernandez is a player like none other that Mexico has. His goal definition skills, footwork, speed, dribbling, and field vision are as polished as anyone on the Manchester United squad. He may look shorter than the rest of the squad, but no one can argue that his play conveyed that he belonged with the rest of the Man U team. The difference between him, Gio,and Vela has to do with their mental focus. Chicharito took this time off, not to vacation on beaches or go out to clubs like Ochoa, Gio, Vela, and Juarez did, but to workout on the fitness regiment that Sir Alex Ferguson gave to him. Chicharito stayed with his family to work on his conditioning and exercises to be at the same level of European players. Ferguson himself said after the game that Chicharito is already as polished as some of the best players in Europe and his only concern was whether Chicharito can adapt to the fitness training of the club. Gio, according to Harry Redknapp has improved a lot, but he is concerned as to whether or not Dos Santos will put more effort into practices than he did at the local nightclubs in England. Arsene Wenger doesn't make mistakes and he still believes in Vela, but Vela lacks confidence in shooting with his right foot. That being said, we will see if he improves. In short, Chicharito has the polish of a mature football player anxious to succeed and it is his maturity that already sets him ahead of Giovani Dos Santos and Carlos Vela.

A simple background check could have saved the Barack Obama administration from the latest embarrassment after his news conference last week that urged Congress to extend unemployment insurance. By the President's side at the White House were three Americans who had lost their jobs and who would need the extension when their benefits ran out.

One of the unemployed was Leslie Macko, a Charlottesville, Va, woman who reportedly had been dismissed from her job as an aesthetician at the spa of the Atlantic Coast Athletic Club (ACAC) in Albemarle Square, according to Charlottesville's CBS 19:

CBS19's Jessica Jaglois has learned that Macko was found guilty of prescription drug fraud in March 2009, one month before Macko lost her job at ACAC. She served a one year probationary sentence.

Macko joined two other unemployed people and President Obama at the podium for a speech designed to encourage lawmakers to extend jobless benefits.

"We need to extend unemployment compensation benefits for women like Leslie Macko, who lost her job at a fitness center last year, and has been looking for work ever since. Because she's eligible for only a few more weeks of unemployment, she's doing what she never thought she'd have to do. Not at this point, anyway. She's turning to her father for financial support," Obama said in his speech.

Tell me off.. Im Getting Ex Girlfriend Urges again!!?

Omg how frustrating can this be after a break up, its been nearly 3 months now but every now and again she pops into my head! She finished me and was an unexpected break up on my part to be honest. We had a 22 month relationship and we would have been together 2 years on 18th July. Ive been getting along ok ive done no contact with her from day one. For my emotional benefit and to give her space. All the stuff and memories are stored away and where they need to be to look back on if needed. Facebook has gone to. It don't help i Know HER PASSWORD, ive been guilty a couple of times to have a look i must admit (Could do with some help with that 2!)

Ive been wanting to send her a Email just to say KEEP SMILING, YOU ARE *NAME*!! if you get me. What the hell do i do! Ive been keeping really busy and have been looking after my health and fitness *Gym and doing hobbies* Seem to be spending more money being single than when i was in a relationship, ive gotten addicted to new clothes and clubbing lmao.

Just could do with some advice really on what i should do over this. Ive had a ton of advice before but ive just been getting slight urges again.

Improving at running?

First off, let me just say that I'm wildly out of shape. I'm 25, and I just started jogging 3 times a week with my dad, who is almost 60, and I'm sure he could outrun me with no problem. I'd never run more than mile in my life and the last time I ran a mile was freshman year of high school. With our super-slow jogging (I'm sure we could be out-walked), we do about 1.5 miles in twenty-twenty five minutes. We run 2 miles total and we've only been at it for about 2 weeks, but we've already noticed an improvement (we cut a minute off our time the third time we ran). We run on paved trails -- the sign says "moderate grades" and about half of the two miles is noticeably uphill. We also live in Georgia, and jog in 90 degrees and 85% humidity.

I was wondering how much improvement I could expect over the next two or three months? I'm trying to get in shape to join the Air Force (weight isn't a big issue, but physical fitness is definitely my main problem) and I'd like my 1.5 mile run to be 12 to 15 minutes by the end of October. The timed trial will be on a flat track in much cooler weather, so I'm sure that will be to my benefit.

Anyone know how quickly people generally improve at jogging/running? Is it the type of thing that takes 6 months to drop 3 minutes, or something that is a little faster?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

How can i get model skinny over the summer holidays?

I am a little fat tbh. i weigh around 11 stone and i am quite tall i mean around 5,6. i need to loose some weight especially on my tophalf as most of my weight is on my stomach and boobs. It is just so i look better in fitted tops as my belly pokes out and so do my boobs making it hard for me to shop for clothes. another reason is for school i want to look more toned and look better in PE ect...

i eat:
oats and fruit ( crunchy oats - tescos (tropical).) and drink tea for breakfast.
a chicken wrap (without salad), strawberrys grapes and cherrys and a banana and yougart and crisps at lunch and drink water.
tea i eat wat mum gives me. and drink coke (diet)
problem is i drink lots of diet coke and my mum is BIG portioned and she wont reason with me :(.
what do i do???

Anyone here really good with fitness? Can you help me if you are?

I know this isn't really the place to ask but I'd like some help on a fitness routine/way to eat/whatever to help me lose weight. I'm currently 5'8" and 270lbs My BMI is 41. My goal is to be 200 lbs. I know that's still overweight but it's a hell of a lot healthier than 270. So any help is really appreciated. If you wanna talk to me on aim or something to help me better I can do that too.

How do i go around gaining a 6 pack (fitness wise)?

I am 16 and am trying to get a 6 pack. I go to the gym every day and do one hour of cardio (running, stepper, rowing) and a hour of weights. I still have some fat on my stomach but not a lot. The 6 weeks holidays are here now so i have all that time of school to focus on getting the body i want. My main concern is what do i eat? I'm still eating low fat foods as i thought i had to lose all the fat of my stomarch first, but my dad is telling me i need to start eating a lot like a body builder! Please please help me, do i just focus on losing the belly first, or do i start with the sit up's and weight machines now?? Thank you!!! :)

hi, i am 5 ft. 2 inches tall, & age: 32+. i was 74 kg. 1 & half yrs. back. so i joined gym, now i am 63 kgs. now the problem is due to my new job i can't adjust the time of my gym & i want to continue in the same gym institution. they have yoga too & it's time suits me. so if i switch to yoga from gym, will i become fat again (o.k i know i am still fat but my query is am i going to gain weight)?pls. help.

I do 20 situps at night before sleep. Go on the standstil bike for 5-15 minutes a day. Run once or twice a week. Go on the wii fit each week and do all muscle workouts and yoga. I need to get rid of some weight just so it's ideal. So about 10 pounds and I'd like to do it before the holidays are over.
Any tips please. A diet plan.( My parents don't think Is should loose weight) so it doesn't look like i'm starving myself. There isnt' a gym near by so i couldn't go.

Help in getting into shape from scratch?

Alright i'm a guy, 16 this year and i'm about 63kg (about 139lbs) and I would like some help in getting my stamina way up.

I run 2.4km (about 1.5 miles) in around 12:50 and I would really like to be able to run it in 10minutes for my upcoming National Physical Fitness Assessment.

Any daily routines of how I train would be greatly appreciated! And by the way, I don't have any Gym membership or equipment so only exercises that requires no equipment please! Thanks!

What would you do if you were in my shoes?

I have BMQ coming up in beginning of september. I have been running for the last few months to prepare for it but I am still unable to meet the BMQ fitness standard. They do have special preparation course for people to help meet the BMQ standards.
I was going to try and work really hard in august to try and meet the fitness standard but now I got shin splints or possible even stress fracture. The pain is not that bad at all but when I run it gets much worse very quickly. And shin splints take a long time to completely heal.
What would you do in my situation? Continue running at the risk of injuring my legs really badly which may lead to me getting kicked out of BMQ, or simply stop running until BMQ to let my legs completely heal, and just go to that preparation program for BMQ. (if anyone cares it's called WPC, I am in Canada)
